About Us
Frank Scobbo Contractors was founded in 1923 by Frank Rose Scobbo and incorporated in 1961 by his son, Frank John Scobbo. The company originally specialized in concrete foundations, underpinning, masonry, asphalt paving, drainage, and retaining walls throughout Long Island. In 1997, FSC created Foundation Systems, a specialized division focused on underpinning, structural restoration, and stabilization services.
